ABOUT THE GALLERY

Founded in 1994, Gallery 9 is an independent cooperative gallery located in the historic Mission Arts Building. The gallery features solo, two-person, small group, and all-member shows throughout the year on a monthly schedule. A permanent group sales space allows constant visibility for members’ work.

THIS MONTH

Join us in April for LOS TRES AMIGOS with photography by Merle Henkenius, metal sculptures by Scott Grossenbacher, and mixed media by Mark Coyle. On display April 1-26.

COMING SOON

Our May show features four artists with Chicago roots: Nancy Hagler-Vujovic (mixed media), Mike Rowe (mixed media), Rose Kotwas (jewelry), and Diane Staver (mixed media). On display April 29-May 31.


Gallery 9 is an independent gallery located in the spacious, turn-of-the-century Mission Arts Building. This artist-run gallery features an eclectic mix of contemporary art and fine crafts including paintings, sculpture, glass, jewelry, ceramics, photography, and more!
